JP Warren

With 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I’ve built a career navigating roles across HSE, operations, and sales, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector. In 2021, I launched my company to bridge the gaps between people, fostering genuine connections, engaging conversations, and opportunistic discussions that drive the industry forward.

Beyond the energy space, I’m passionate about coaching and developing individuals—from university students to executives—on soft skills, communication, and leadership development. My goal is to help others build confidence, shift mindsets, and grow personally and professionally, creating impactful leaders for today and tomorrow.

Event Director

Monika Warren

Monika Warren grew up in the oilfield, with her father working as a landman for several operators. Her professional journey spans the music and hospitality industries, where she built a remarkable career. With over two decades of experience recording and performing alongside numerous national artists, Monika gained national recognition during her standout appearance on Season 5 of The Voice.

Before her music career, Monika excelled in the hospitality industry, working in high-end luxury hotels, where she honed her expertise in public relations and guest experience. These diverse experiences laid the foundation for her transition into the oil and gas industry.

Now, as the Event Director of Connection Crüe, Monika plays a critical role in ensuring smooth event execution and fostering meaningful connections. Her ability to bring people together and establish genuine relationships is a testament to her exceptional interpersonal skills, making her an invaluable part of the team.
