JP Warren
Founder
JP Warren is an industry advocate with a proven ability to connect people. With over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he started his career in HSE at Noble Drilling and worked offshore before pivoting to an Acting Country Manager role for Archer in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, following the Macondo incident.
After returning to Houston, JP worked in sales and business development roles for Pinnergy and later as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a project management company.

During the pandemic, JP recognized the importance of connections and people's networks, which led him to start several successful podcasts including "Round the Rotary", "Energy Crüe", and now "Energy Facts Chats" and form the networking groups Connection Crüe and Crüe Club, focused on E&P Operators. As it's our role to provide a positive impact on the community, Kids Crüe was launched in the summer of 2022 to promote STEM activities and careers and increase energy education with children.
Connection Crüe helps companies and individuals stand out in the industry while creating unique opportunities to build lasting friendships beyond individual customers or sales.
Monika Warren
Event Director
Monika Warren grew up in the oilfield with her father working as a landman for several operators. She boasts a remarkable professional background in the music and hospitality industry. With over two decades of experience recording and performing alongside numerous national artists, she gained wider recognition when she showcased her exceptional talents in season 5 of The Voice.
Prior to her music career, Monika worked in the hospitality industry, particularly in High-End Luxury Hotels, where she honed her skills in public relations.
Monika's extensive experience in these industries allowed her to break into the oil and gas business. Currently serving as the Event Director of Connection Crüe, she plays a pivotal role in supporting the founder, her husband, in ensuring smooth connections and events management.

Her exceptional ability to bring people together and establish personal connections is a testament to her interpersonal skills, making her an invaluable asset to any team or project.
